The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) is a key member of the Corporate Development (M&A) team, responsible for supporting all development and growth efforts. Projects include acquisitions, joint venture de novos, and partial or whole divestitures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field at top undergraduate program
- 2-4 years of transaction-oriented analytical experience; investment banking, consulting, transaction advisory, or corporate development experience preferred
- Must have significant direct transaction experience
- Must have strong finance, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced deal environment
- Self starter and problem solver with ability to think and work independently
- Strong communicator and relationship builder with the various stakeholders in a given transaction
