Intermediary Support Senior Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the support function of Davy Select for an Intermediary Support Senior Associate. The role involves ensuring broker requirements are met, managing account openings, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to add value to processes, develop product knowledge, and train and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Business/Finance degree or equivalent
• QFA qualification and willingness to sit the CFP
• Experience and knowledge of settlements and operations
• A proven record in reconciliation and control
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good numeric skills
• Customer service focused with a record of providing excellent customer service
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, flexible outlook and a high level of initiative and enthusiasm
