
Job description
The Manager, Product Operations is responsible for driving product management operational excellence across Daxko’s portfolio of health, fitness, and wellness software products. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer and owns the systems, processes, and AI-enabled workflows that allow our product teams to operate with greater speed, consistency, and insight.
Manage and develop the product operations team, build and maintain AI-enabled workflows, lead PM org AI enablement, evaluate and govern AI tool adoption, design and implement operational processes, implement data collection and reporting systems, manage the product toolchain, support go-to-market activities, and establish and optimize customer research and feedback collection processes.
This is a rare opportunity to shape how a multi-product PM organization operates - and to do it with genuine AI-first thinking, not as a side function. You’ll work directly with the CPO and have significant influence over how a 38-person product team discovers, prioritizes, and ships across three distinct markets.
