
Job description
As a Member Services Specialist, you'll work directly with members on behalf of our software customers to resolve billing questions, manage account activity, and recover revenue. You're the human connection between our clients and the people they serve, acting as an extension of their accounts receivable and member management teams.
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound member calls with professionalism, patience, and care. Resolve member billing issues by reviewing accounts, diagnosing problems, and taking action to correct them.
