Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Fluent in English
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of data centre electrical infrastructure
• Proven experience in managing technical teams and 24/7 operations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex electrical challenges
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE) or similar are highly desirable
