Role Overview

The Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing the operations of a team of shift technicians in a data center. They ensure that all critical services and building services are maintained to the highest standards. The role involves leadership, supervision, and operational oversight.

The Shift Lead will lead and manage a team of shift technicians, provide guidance and support, conduct performance reviews, and ensure smooth data center operations. They will also prepare shift handover reports, coordinate with other departments, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
