Requirements
- 4–7 years producing events, activations, or community programs
- Experience with public-facing or street-level events
- A builder who can take ideas from zero to reality in the physical world
- Comfortable navigating city systems (permits, parks, streets, community boards)
- Comfortable owning budgets and making decisions that impact both experience and bottom line
- Highly organized, self-directed, and adaptable
- Strong with people—you lead with warmth, clarity, and presence
- Based in NYC and excited to be in the field, not behind a laptop
- Energized by the mission of ending loneliness and building belonging
