Daybreaker is seeking a Junior Creative Director/Designer to own and evolve the visual language of the brand across social, brand collateral, and merchandise, bringing the world to life with originality, consistency, and craft.
Requirements
- Own the visual direction of Daybreaker across social media and content
- Design and produce scroll-stopping graphics, motion assets, and templates
- Maintain a cohesive aesthetic while continuously pushing the creative forward
- Design marketing materials for events, partnerships, and campaigns
- Create decks, one-pagers, and sponsor materials that reflect the full power of the brand
- Help evolve and uphold brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Concept and design merchandise people genuinely want to wear
- Own the design process from concept through production-ready files
- Work with vendors and manufacturers to bring products to life
- Take a project from brief to final execution independently
