Product Manager (1 year Fixed Term)

Dayforce is seeking a Product Manager to join their Tax & Payments Product Management Team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing the company's cloud-based Tax and Payments solution. The role involves collaborating with software engineers and product managers to create high-quality software for customers.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of product management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to translate user needs into impactful product features
• Ability to work across teams and manage stakeholder expectations
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with tax software platforms, payroll systems, or government compliance tools
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud-based architecture, and automation in tax or financial products
• Understanding tax regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards
• Experience managing payment workflows, ACH transfers, real-time payments, refunds, or tax disbursements
