We're looking for a passionate, user-obsessed Senior Product Manager to lead innovation within Dayforce Recruiting. This role is ideal for someone energized by solving complex hiring challenges and building exceptional experiences for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dayforce Recruiting capabilities, build intuitive, efficient workflows that streamline hiring processes and improve candidate experience, and partner with Engineering and Design to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions.
You'll own product strategy and execution for key Recruiting capabilities, shaping how organizations discover and hire talent. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer teams, and partners to deliver scalable, intuitive, and impactful solutions that drive measurable hiring outcomes.
