Mental Health Specialist - Mental Health Unit - Part time - Weekends

This position seeks to provide prevention for youth and families by making connections for help early and timely so that issues do not reach crisis levels or become repeating crises.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or other related field is required
• 1-2 years experience in Social Work or Counseling is preferred
• Conduct a behavioral health and social needs screening on all families
• Provide resource options to families
• Follow up with families and communicate outcomes with referral source
• Collaborate with the crisis center staff on kids in crisis
