Support Relationship Managers in providing differentiated service to high-net-worth customers and contribute to customer retention and growth. Collaborate with business support and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and delivery of customer-focused service.
Establish customer relationships, know the customers to gain their confidence and trust, and deliver customer-focused solutions. Assist Relationship Managers in the daily maintenance of customer relationships.
Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must.
