We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Account Manager to join our Commercial team on a 6‐month fixed-term contract through to December 2026.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales, telesales or account management role
- Confident applying structured sales techniques to identify needs, handle objections and close deals
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence customers
- Comfortable working towards targets in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
- Skilled at understanding customer challenges and tailoring solutions to deliver value
- Experience managing or contributing to a sales pipeline and using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and compelling messages
- Data-aware, using insights and performance information to prioritise and improve results
- A collaborative team player who shares learning and supports collective success
