Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at Trattoria Italiana City Hall in Leiden, with a passion for the hospitality industry and a drive to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a service-led role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a high level of service
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
