Senior Software Engineer, Developer Platform

Decagon is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and evolve our internal developer platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in platform / devtools / infrastructure and strong coding ability in a systems/productivity language.

Requirements

• 4+ years building production software
• Strong coding ability in a systems/productivity language (e.g., Python, TypeScript/JS)
• Comfort building developer-facing tooling (CLIs, libraries, automation)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems
• Practical experience with observability in production systems
• Comfort with containers and modern cloud infrastructure
• A track record of improving developer experience through measurable outcomes
