Director, Costing - UGG

As Director of Costing for UGG, you'll lead a high-performing team and drive cross-functional collaboration to shape long-term costing strategies. You'll partner with Sourcing, Planning, Product, and Asia Costing teams to manage and mitigate cost inflation, enhance product lifecycle management, and innovate costing processes and systems.

Requirements

• Lead and influence the UGG Costing Management team
• Develop, manage, and execute strategic brand Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with leaders in Development, Planning, Materials, factories, and suppliers
• Supervise Costing Reviews with the Product Team at critical milestones
• Lead new processes to streamline the USA product costing cycle and manage business planning, budgeting, performance targets, and policy development
