Role Overview

MBDA is developing products for the UK Services to obtain battlefield information superiority and robust situational awareness. The EW domain is a critical enabler in protecting the UK's people, territories, values, and interests. The role requires a strong technical understanding of RF and electronic systems, knowledge of RF Electronic Support and Attack Systems, and experience in supplier management.

What You Will Do

Design and develop RF Electronic Support and Attack Systems, including platform integration and through-life support. Manage the specification, procurement, delivery, and integration of hardware into missiles. Provide in-service support and EW mission support.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience of RF Electronic Support and Attack Systems
• Strong technical understanding of RF and electronic systems
• Knowledge and experience of algorithm design and implementation
• Knowledge and understanding of Integrated Air Defence Systems
• Experience in supplier management
• Systems design engineering skills
• Proficient in SysML, DOORS, and/or Rhapsody
• Experience in development and use of RF performance models
• Experience of overseeing the transition of development hardware into production
• Experience working with Dstl, ASWC, and/or DI
