The Building and Real Estate department offers a wide range of services, including building-related real estate inspections, damage assessments, real estate valuations, and technical due diligence. As a Real Estate Expert, you will be responsible for conducting building-related real estate inspections, evaluating technical execution quality, and providing technical and professional guidance during on-site inspections.

Requirements

• Studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable study
• Several years of professional experience in the planning and execution of building facilities
• Very good knowledge of tendering, construction management, and contract and procurement law
• Proficient use of MS Office
