As a Building Specialist, you will take on building-related real estate inspections and the inspection of existing buildings, evaluating the technical quality of execution and documenting and evaluating building damage.
Requirements
- Degree in the field of architecture, civil engineering (building construction) or equivalent degree
- Several years of professional experience in the planning and execution of building structures
- Very good knowledge of tendering, building management, and contract and procurement law
- Fundamental knowledge of building types, building materials, and building physics, fire protection and sound protection, as well as standards and regulations
- Routinierter Umgang with MS Office
- Communication skills to create informative and precise documentation and reports
- Driving license class B
