Busser - Francis Ford Coppola Winery (Seasonal)

The Busser assists Servers in providing exceptional quality and excellent service to our guests, maintaining cleanliness and order throughout dining areas, and ensuring the Front-of-House is presentable to guests.

Requirements

• Maintains cleanliness and order throughout dining and work areas
• Clears tables and resets them neatly and according to specification
• Ensures the Front-of-House is presentable to guests
• Maintains knowledge of food menu and provides recommendations in describing menu items to guests
• Assists Server with providing wine presentations and recommendations
• Assists Server in following proper plate presentation and garnish set up details
• Promotes restaurants, wines, tasting room, wine club and upcoming events
• Works with kitchen staff to ensure food is expedited quickly and correctly
• Communicates with service staff and managers about guest needs
• Takes the lead in any guest issues that may arise during your shift and communicates to the manager/supervisor
