Senior Director, People Business Partner GTM

Delinea is a pioneer in securing human and machine identities through intelligent, centralized authorization. We're looking for a Senior Director, People Business Partner to lead our global Go-to-Market organization, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive HR/People experience
• 5+ years operating at the Director level or above as a People Business Partner or People leader
• Demonstrated experience as the most senior HRBP or People leader supporting a go-to-market, sales, or revenue organization
• Proven ability to build trusted, peer-level relationships with C-suite executives and influence at the highest levels of an organization
• Strong expertise in org design, workforce planning, executive talent management, and succession planning at scale
