
Job description
As a Software Engineer II on the Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for implementing AI/ML, analytics, and automation solutions within client environments, participating in prompt engineering, and contributing to the integration of AI/ML models into business processes.
Supporting the implementation of AI/ML solutions, participating in prompt engineering, contributing to the integration of AI/ML models, building and maintaining data pipelines, and applying software engineering and AI tools to support business needs.
A successful candidate would possess skills such as ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team, effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
