Engineering Delivery Manager II

Role Overview

As an Engineering Delivery Manager II, you will lead end-to-end delivery of engineering or technology initiatives, manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for leading projects, managing project plans, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies, and driving governance, resource planning, and process discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Project Management
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• 6+ years of experience leading engineering, software, infrastructure, or technology delivery projects
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional project teams
• Experience using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Ability to travel 20%
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
