Manager, Organization & Work Transformation, Strategic & Technology Change

As a Manager in the Organization & Work Transformation practice at Deloitte, you will lead and deliver strategic change consulting services to clients, navigating complex landscapes of disruption and enabling sustainable changes in the way people work. You will be part of a fast-paced environment, working on multifunctional teams and leading large-scale, complex organizational change management programs. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years' experience in consulting, with 2+ years' experience managing teams, and a proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality work products at pace.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience working in a consulting environment
• 2+ years' experience managing teams
• Experience working within one of the following industries: Energy & Resources (including Oil and Gas) or the Public Sector
• Experience working in organizational change management
• Proven track record of leading and implementing large-scale, complex organizational change management programs
• Proven track record of leading teams of varying sizes and managing multiple priorities to deliver commitments on time with exceptional quality
