Manager/Senior Manager, Financial Services Industry Regulatory Compliance

Deloitte is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to join its Financial Services Industry Regulatory Compliance team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance risk and operational risk, and will be responsible for leading the delivery of end-to-end engagements related to non-financial risk. The role will also involve driving the design and development of pragmatic solutions to address clients' risk and regulatory needs, and managing a diverse team of talented resources.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, financial services related to regulatory and non-financial risk matters, or experience dealing with/working for financial services regulatory bodies in Canada
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams, and delivering results in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Strong problem solving and critical reasoning skills, with ability to synthesize information and deal with a wide range of complex issues related to regulatory and risk matters
