Deloitte is seeking an experienced Manager specializing in Supply Chain Sourcing and Procurement to join our consulting team. As a Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading them through their most complex transformation programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain operations
- Demonstrated consulting experience delivering end-to-end projects
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex supply chain transformation initiatives across various sectors within Government & Public Services
- Deep understanding of Government & Public Services trends and their implications for operating models and organizational design
- Experience advising on sourcing strategies, supplier management frameworks, and procurement best practices in a public sector environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with procurement technology platforms and tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle)
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, PMP)
