The Solutions Delivery Development Leader is responsible for advancing and governing the Development Practice across the Solutions Delivery organization. This leader sets technical direction, elevates engineering standards, and drives measurable improvements across people, process, and technology.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with progression into technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience influencing and elevating engineering standards across multiple teams.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end SDLC within Agile or product-oriented delivery models.
- Strong foundation in modern application architecture principles and design patterns.
- Expertise in Microsoft platforms, including.NET and Azure cloud services.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps / DevSecOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Strong experience with GitHub Enterprise as a development platform, including GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation, repository governance, branching strategies, and workflow standards, GitHub Advanced Security, GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted coding capabilities within enterprise environments, and platform-level enablement and governance of GitHub across multiple teams.
- Experience driving engineering quality practices (automated testing, code quality, performance monitoring).
- Exposure to platform engineering or developer experience (DevEx) initiatives.
- Practical experience adopting Generative AI tools within the development lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
