We are seeking a Senior Manager/Director to lead our Technology Strategy & Transformation team in Singapore/Philippines. The role involves collaborating with clients to develop technology strategies and roadmaps, leading large transformation programs, and providing subject matter expertise in banking industry trends and regulations.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a technology or business discipline with a well ranked institution.
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in technology strategy and transformation.
- Demonstrated experience in technology strategy for within the Banking Institutions.
- Deep understanding of banking technology landscape.
- Demonstrated thought leadership and eminence building in the marketplace.
- Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources.
- Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills.
- Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
- Commitment to professional excellence, as well as personal and professional growth.
- Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented.
- An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a prerequisite.
