M&A Transaction Services Consultant

Deloitte is seeking a M&A Transaction Services Consultant in Thessaloniki. The role involves providing in-depth transaction support services, especially M&A advisory, to private equity investors, international funds and other interested parties. The team will handle the Financial Due Diligence within the context of a potential extraordinary transaction, supporting buyers and sellers in assessing their related risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• University Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Good knowledge of the Office Suite
• Excellent command of the English and Greek language
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
• Ability to operate in high performing teams and manage multiple tasks
• Availability for travel and on-site work if required
