Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the dental industry, insurance, or financial services field preferred
• 5+ years' leadership experience
• Experience providing coaching, feedback, or mentorship to team members
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
