Senior Manager, Solution – Container & Integration Delivery

Role Overview

Lead modular data center initiatives with a focus on power infrastructure, driving strategy, development, and deployment of prefabricated modular solutions that integrate Delta's world-class PDU and UPS technologies.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute modular data center strategy, lead regional market analysis, oversee design and engineering of modular power systems, collaborate with business development and sales teams, and direct project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in the data center or power infrastructure industry
• 5+ years in leadership roles
• Deep understanding of PDU, UPS, and modular power systems for mission-critical environments
• Proven experience designing and deploying power systems in prefabricated or modular enclosures
• Familiarity with standards such as UL, IEEE, NFPA 70E, NEC, TIA-942, and Uptime Tier Standards
• Demonstrated success in delivering modular or integrated solutions to enterprise or hyperscale clients
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-facing skills
