Senior Mechanical Engineer – Data Center Solutions & Architecture

Role Overview

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will serve as the technical authority for all mechanical and thermal systems in hyperscale and AI-factory data centers. This role requires a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with deep expertise in HVAC, chilled water systems, CDUs, immersion cooling, and thermal containment solutions.

What You Will Do

Lead design of mechanical systems, including chilled water loops, CDUs, air handling, containment, pumps, and cooling towers. Provide stamped mechanical drawings for permitting and compliance. Mentor and review the work of junior mechanical engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with stamping authority in the U.S. (multi-state preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical systems for critical facilities
• Expertise with CFD tools, 6SigmaDCX, AutoCAD, and Revit
