
Job description
Create and process SAP service orders, order parts, track material orders, and maintain accurate service and project documentation. Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution. Support reporting and administrative tasks.
Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work with SAP or similar ERP systems. Coordinate with Project Managers, Field Service, Procurement, and Finance teams.
Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and effective communication and organizational skills are required. Previous administrative experience in a service, operations, or project support role is preferred.
