Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or engineering related field
- Fundamental technical understanding of engineering & electronics systems (e.g. AC/DC converters, UPS, cooling solutions) and products
- Basic understanding of technical documentation, schematics, or system diagrams
- Ability to first response, on-site fault isolation, coordinate failure analysis with factory, implement and verify corrective actions
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region
- Ability to work in international, cross-functional teams
- Experience in a technical or engineering environment/project
- Basic knowledge of safety, quality, or compliance concepts
- Additional European language skills
