[2026 Global]_Field Application Engineer - Liquid Cooling (Netherlands-based)

Delta is opening 40 roles, 180 openings across China, Europe, India, Taiwan, Thailand, and the United States in power electronics, automation, and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or engineering related field
• Fundamental technical understanding of engineering & electronics systems (e.g. AC/DC converters, UPS, cooling solutions) and products
• Basic understanding of technical documentation, schematics, or system diagrams
• Ability to first response, on-site fault isolation, coordinate failure analysis with factory, implement and verify corrective actions
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region
• Ability to work in international, cross-functional teams
• Experience in a technical or engineering environment/project
• Basic knowledge of safety, quality, or compliance concepts
• Additional European language skills
