Inside Sales Specialist

Delta is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support customer program execution from New Product Introduction (NPI) through Start of Production (SOP). The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional focused on execution, coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in inside sales, sales operations, program coordination, order fulfillment, customer service, or supply chain coordination
• Experience in NPI to SOP transition, delivery follow-up, and shortage management is strongly preferred
• Experience in B2B, industrial, electronics, automotive, thermal, or manufacturing environments is a strong plus
• Familiarity with order management processes, and cross-functional project coordination
