Senior Sales Manager – Power Conditioning Systems (PCS)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Power Conditioning Systems (PCS) team. As the Senior Sales Manager of PCS, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and deployment of cutting-edge energy storage solutions.

Requirements

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for power conditioning systems solutions aligned with company objectives.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of PCS technologies, including converter/inverter, battery storage, hybrid solutions, or grid integration.
• Oversee technical and commercial feasibility studies for new projects and ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and product teams to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including utilities, developers, regulatory bodies, and technology providers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability goals.
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and specialists.
• Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise and identifying market opportunities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the PCS division.
