RF Mechanical Assembler

Role Overview

Assemble and inspect radio-frequency (RF) mechanical components and micro-assemblies using specialized tools and a microscope. Requires excellent hand–eye coordination, strong visual acuity, and meticulous attention to detail.

What You Will Do

Assemble RF mechanical components, inspect assemblies under a microscope, perform basic RF, mechanical, or continuity testing, and maintain accurate production records.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Strong manual dexterity, fine-motor skills, and attention to detail are required. Experience in RF assembly, micro-mechanical assembly, or electronics/mechanical manufacturing is a plus.

Requirements

• Strong manual dexterity and fine-motor skills
• Ability to clearly see and work with very small parts under a microscope
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, technical diagrams, and assembly instructions
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
