Solution Architect

We are transforming our entire digital landscape, replacing more than 100 applications over the next 6–8 years and rolling out Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO & CE across 25 countries. As a Solution Architect, you will join one of the largest and important D365 programs, building a global template and onboarding markets continuously.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of D365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Azure
• Experience with Customer Care/Call Center solutions (Microsoft or others)
• Experience from global CRM implementations and what it takes to reach a successful go-live
• Several years of CRM experience, ideally in B2C environments
