The role involves serving patients in the consulting room and by phone, inviting patients for free hearing tests, organizing appointments, and promoting hearing protection.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service and/or sales
• Comfortable in phone conversations
• Communicative, patient, and proactive person
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to the medical branch
• Ability to participate in a 3-day onboarding training in Lublin
