Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will lead large-scale, technically sophisticated automation projects across EMEA, ensuring alignment between customer expectations, contractual commitments, and organisational goals. The role involves leading through influence, guiding cross-functional teams, and shaping best practices to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of progressive project management experience
- Proven success delivering large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects with strategic impact
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without authority
- Experience managing budgets, risks, contracts, and vendor relationships
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies
- PMP certification highly desirable
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 80% annually), including across EMEA to customer sites and meetings
- Driving Licence to support with travel
