Requirements
- Master’s degree in nursing
- Board-certified in Arizona as an RN or Nurse Practitioner with current DEA and ANCC certifications
- Proficient in electronic medical records
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications and a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
