Medical Director - Primary Care

The Medical Director – Primary Care provides clinical and administrative leadership for Denova’s Primary Care services, driving clinical quality, provider performance, patient outcomes, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Arizona medical license
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Minimum of 5 years of physician leadership experience, preferably in Primary Care
• Demonstrated experience in provider coaching, quality improvement, and performance management
• Strong ability to function effectively in a dyad leadership model
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• DEA registration (if applicable) and Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
