The Medical Director – Primary Care provides clinical and administrative leadership for Denova’s Primary Care services, driving clinical quality, provider performance, patient outcomes, and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Arizona medical license
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Minimum of 5 years of physician leadership experience, preferably in Primary Care
- Demonstrated experience in provider coaching, quality improvement, and performance management
- Strong ability to function effectively in a dyad leadership model
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- DEA registration (if applicable) and Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
