Requirements

• JD from an accredited US law school
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction
• 5 to 7 years of post-qualification legal experience in a law firm, in-house role, or combination of both
• Strong foundation in commercial and contract law
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
