We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Specialist to strengthen our team for a limited period of 2 years. Responsibilities include optimizing processes, implementing the Lean Roadmap, designing workshops, and supporting cost-saving projects.
Requirements
- Completed technical, economic or comparable degree
- Several years of professional experience in optimizing supply chain and production processes
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment, process and optimization thinking
- High IT affinity
- Experience in Change Management, problem-solving competence, and good communication skills
- Very good English language skills
