We are looking for a highly capable Salesforce Developer to join our enterprise Salesforce engineering team, responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting Salesforce solutions used by thousands of users across the organization.
Requirements
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
- Build and enhance solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Opportunities, Leads, Accounts, Quotes, and custom business processes
- Develop and support integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware solutions.
- Ensure all implementations follow Salesforce best practices for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Optimize existing functionality, improve performance, and reduce technical debt.
- Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations and tradeoffs.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Support production environments, investigate issues, and provide root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
