Salesforce Developer

This role requires a strong hands-on developer who can work independently in a large, complex Salesforce environment and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
• Build and enhance solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Opportunities, Leads, Accounts, Quotes, and custom business processes.
• Develop and support integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware solutions.
• Ensure all implementations follow Salesforce best practices for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Optimize existing functionality, improve performance, and reduce technical debt.
• Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations and tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Support production environments, investigate issues, and provide root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
• Contribute to development standards, reusable frameworks, and overall platform quality.
