The CWOP Supervisor provides strategic oversight and operational leadership for the placement coordination and emergency supervision of children within the Single Source Continuum Contractor (SSCC) network.
Requirements
- Supervise and support Child Watch and Placement Support Specialists
- Ensure staff are trained in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and de-escalation techniques
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of placements in COBRIS, IMPACT Legacy, IMPACT 2.0, Vista, and other systems
- Monitor the provision of basic needs, emotional support, and engagement activities during interim care
- Respond to placement emergencies and provide on-call support as needed
- Serve as a liaison between SSCC, DFPS, caregivers, and placement providers
- Conduct audits and reviews of placement documentation and supervision records
- Maintain documentation of child/youth attendance at court hearings
- Analyze placement data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
