
Job description
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will provide seamless and efficient support solutions to customers, leveraging your technical expertise to troubleshoot operational issues with our Warehouse Management System and manage customer configurations.
You will troubleshoot business and operational issues, manage WMS environments, and support the operation and continuous improvement of cloud solutions. You will also maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams, and accurately document all relevant information in the ticketing system.
