
Job description
This is an embedded role working directly within the marketing team of a UK Award-winning fintech. The focus is on scaling the current account proposition from hundreds of thousands of customers to millions. Organic acquisition will play a critical role in that, and the website is set to become a key growth driver, supporting both traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery.
Create and improve high-performing web content, write and optimize website content that drives acquisition, conversion, and stronger customer outcomes, and partner with product to ensure an effective and optimized web to app conversion experience.
You'll be a growth mindset individual who sees content as one of several levers, happy to write, brief, partner, or test their way to a better result. You'll take ownership of the outcomes your work drives, not just outputs, and have a strong working knowledge of how web pages drive acquisition and conversion.
