Process Quality Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Quality Specialist to drive operational excellence across our business. This role is pivotal in identifying inefficiencies, redesigning workflows, and implementing scalable, automation-first solutions that improve profitability, speed, and quality across cross-entity and customer-facing processes.

What You Will Do

Analyse and redesign business processes to eliminate inefficiencies and optimise performance, conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, drive Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 8–10 years’ experience in process design, operational excellence, or business transformation
• Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or equivalent)
• Process Mapping and Root Cause Analysis
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Strong experience in automation-first and intelligent agent process design
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Experience working across customer-facing and cross-entity environments
